Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of sewing patterns from Belladonna Patterns are final and non-refundable. Once a pattern has been downloaded, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we understand that mistakes or technical issues can happen. If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, or if you’re experiencing problems accessing your files, please reach out via our contact page here within 7 days of purchase. We'll do our best to resolve the issue—whether that means helping you retrieve the files or offering store credit in select cases.
